In a competitive market with players like Tidio, Gorgias, LiveChat, and Zendesk focused on customer support, Chatso stands out as a live chat solution specifically designed for boosting sales. Unlike its counterparts, Chatso aims to help teams sell more effectively through live chat. Our goal is clear: communicate the advantages of integrating Chatso as a sales tool, fostering growth and scalability while ensuring a superior customer experience. To achieve this, we've developed a Go-to-Market plan with a unique value proposition addressing business tool challenges and implemented a Demand Generation strategy, utilizing multi-channel marketing, content differentiation, and strategic partnerships for enhanced visibility and credibility.

Building upon our research findings, we've entered the next phase of our project. Acknowledging the necessity for multiple homepage videos showcased on our website, we've concurrently crafted a content plan specifically tailored for our social channels. My typical workflow commences with scripting, followed by storyboarding, design, and ultimately, the assembly of the final deliverables.

Our social media strategy for Chatso was simple. 
Our Objective: to cultivate a reputable company brand and image. By meticulously curating content that highlighted our company culture, disseminated industry insights, and featured educational video snippets, we achieved a notable milestone 60,000 impressions from organic and paid media. The strategic implementation of our plan resulted in a significant growth, heightened level of brand engagement.
